Max bows and and slightly tips his hat.

"Good day."

He rubs his chin.

"Lattely I've been forced to join those privateers... But I still have hard time figuring what should I do with this. So I am looking for some support. Tell me what am I allowed to shoot, rob, my other 'duties'. Looking forward..."

A smirk appears on his face.

George didn't expect the duties of an Admiral to be so hard. Have a breakfast worthy of the title, shout at his men a bit (or a lot, depending of his mood. Yes, a lot would suit it better), play cricket in order to relax of the shouting, have an expensive lunch, supervise a prisoner torture, and sometimes do the torture himself, tea at five o'clock, abuse the Thunderer's crew, shout at his men a bit more, just to shake off all the stress accumulated during that all, and his day is over, George thought. But no. He actually has reasons to shout at his men. This one over here is lazy, that one over there is stupid, most of them are arrogant bounders who slander him behind his back. This one over here isn't even his man, nor a man at all. It is a fly which considered his cup of tea as a good place to have a bath in. Or it just wanted to drink some, but something went wrong, and it all ended with the fly falling into the liquid and contaminating it with whatever it stood on during its short and miserable life. It didn't react to his shouting, and that's what annoyed him even more.
And this one over here is complaining about being forced to join the Privateers. He is forced to loot, pillage, burn, torture, and have fun. Forced! Well, drinking tea, playing cricket, and reading books certainly is better, but is that fool aware how hard it is to be forced to be an Admiral!?
George wanted to simply tell him to bugger off. But no, they would blame him if something bad happens, as always. He must be kind towards the lucky fool. Another commitment.
How to start the message? The fool seems young, maybe to call him "child"... Yes, yes, that would both be kind, and if spoken in the right tone, show how unhappy he is. Or... not. No, the last thing the young would like to hear is being called a child. They feel mature when you call them "Mister", or "Miss". Yes, he should begin with "Mister", and let the so called "Mister" know how terribly busy and unavailable he is. The word "Mister" and something very short and unwilling after. That's what should be the best answer.
"Salutations, Mister Harvey."
Well, he must firstly say "hello", right? He's not an impolite, discourteous hick like most of those Mollies.
"I am terribly sorry, but I am too busy to give you a full answer. I will send you a few neural net links, though, to the pages where you should find all the information you need. One moment, please..."

"...Here you are. Oh, and by the way - we say "lately" in Bretonia, not "lattely".
He makes an artificial smile.
"Good hunting! And take care!"

"Interesting!"

Max smirks and rubs his chin.

"Seems like this won't be as dissapointing as I thought from the beginning. Hmm..."

With a wide grin he adds.

"That actually might be fun. Still hard to understand how can politicians allow that sort of mess, but I am not complaining. Have a good day."
