So we have a few questions:
1. What is the S.E.F exactly?
2. Why did your pilot refuse an order given by a pope?
3. Why did you pilot flee from investigating popes?
As for the infractions itself, a fine of 10 million credits is to be paid to [TAZ]Temple.Fund. in addition, the pilot involved will be listed on the pentabarf until the fine is payed, and an apology is given.
and you best tell all your pilots that if they are inspected by popes in baffin, they best co-operate.

Why He "fled", its could be a number of reasons, he may of been answering a call for help, or another matter of importance, Again ill find out why for you so we can clear this up,

Hello again, Fine has been paid in full and I Appologise on Valentino's behalf he seems rather busy and unable to contact me at this current time, however i will still try and find out his reasons for doing the things mentioned.
Greetings again TAZ, Toan Varcona speaking i found out what S.E.F~Valentino's intent was, Here is his statment:
I was intending to deliver him to Roussillon, That freeport station they have there, and had no intention of infringing baffin rules, and therefore appologise to the pope/s i may of offended, i will take more time to read up on Baffin Do's and dont's before my next visit , I also thank Toan Varcona for paying the fine for me.
I hope this clears matters up between us,
