I could not help but notice that you have been operating in Tau 23 quite a bit lately. I have reports that you assisted IMG| assets against Outcast raiders for money, and I also have reports in front of me that link you to quite a high and quite unscrupulous acts of piracy against Guildmembers.
Personally, I don't have a problem with everybody trying to make a living. But if you exceed a certain threshold, you might be considered a problem. I would rather see you as a valuable and well-paid asset in fights against the Outcast and as a guest to Java, than as a hunted outlaw.
Fact is: You are pushing your luck at the moment.
This is a warning. It's the only warning you will receive before IMG base defense protocols receive your name and IMG Defense will launch for you whenever you show up on Java's scanners.

Two of Jeans comrades were there and witnessed, early, I fought with samura who set bounty on Junkers, and joined with IMG. So you see I have the complaint too, which is why I will see the reports.

It seems the OC did not want to pay you the 10 million you demanded, before you shot at them. The IMG could pay you after the fight, if you were registered on the board. Think about it.
