As you know, my family has been living on board our colony ship and enjoying the hospitality of the Natio Octavarium for some time. Although you have extended citizenship to us, I know you have some concerns about the ship. After having discussed the matter at length, we have decided that it is time to leave the Arctus. The ship has served us well, but is a relic of our former lives in the edge. We have moved on from those worlds, and it is time we moved on from the ship.

What I propose is a land purchase, with the Arctus as payment. The planetary surveys show that Surrey is very hospitable. We would like to trade the ship and it's equipment for the land, and assistance with building homes. Let me know if you find this acceptable. We will be waiting for your reply.
