Well, getting mail order brides especially the feisty Bounty hunter ones are always a bad idea... no no you don't want that.

Anyway on a serious note...
If you look specifically, its going for reaper of sirius, and not bounty hunters
It obviously is not going to raise your rep with them when you are not specifically bribing that faction in the first place

Also, your rep may also be affecting by rephack depending on the ID, forcing it to be hostile or whatever
