I don't know if this is the relevant place to put this post but could I ask the Admin team not to delete my account\s and characters as I'm unable to get online at the moment. I'm also not sure when accounts get deleted due to inactivity. So far I've been inactive for the last couple of weeks and it's most likely that I'm not going to be in game for a few weeks yet due to family commitments.
That's also what I've heard. But other sources mention 30 or 60 days. So it's rather cloudy and can be changed. By the way a friend of mine lost a few of his characters after about 2 months of inactivity.
PLUS:
Fresh characters (online time less than ~10 minutes [<<this could be changed too] ) will be deleted after a week.
So don't make new Civilian shuttles and send all your money to them to serve as a bank characters. They will go down after a week.
The character will get wiped when it was inactive for six months. Even if you're logged any other char on the same ID - it doesn't count, you should log every char on every ID at least once in 6 months, and then undock\dock or buy\sell stuff when you're logged.
The 10 minutes wipe mentioned by Kosa is real too.
