So I've praised my headphones ever since I got them. I had to struggle with drivers at the very start, but I've had flawless usage since then. That's what makes this ironic to me.

A new problem has shown up within the last week.

I'll post what I posted on the Logitech forums. It's not a very active place

The headphones are Logitech G930, by the way.

So let me start out by stating a few things here.

Yes, all of my drivers are up to date.
Yes, the Logitech Gaming Software is up to date.
I have owned these headphones for 8-9 months now.
Here is an image of my system specs and hardware.
No, my motherboard does not actually run that hot, that is a glitch with the program I used.
Yes, I have changed the channel my Router uses.
Yes, I have changed which USB port the receiver/stand is plugged into.

When I first purchased them, I had a few minor issues, which was alleviated by downloading the 64 bit drivers online. No problem.

And for months, I had perfect, flawless usage of the headphones. I have not changed any hardware, except for a wireless keyboard, but I've had it for ~2 months now, and the problems started within the last week.

I've been getting rather frequent disconnections with my headphones, a bit more often when plugged in than otherwise. They'll simply disconnect. However, the headphones do remain on, but do not receive or send any signal, rendering them useless with both sound and microphone. I have to turn them off entirely, and then turn them back on. This is the first issue.

The next, is whilst using Youtube in the background, and playing a game, the volume will erratically go up and down, with a few popping noises. This is constant, and not an odd occurrence, and will continue constantly until I pause youtube. Otherwise, the sound remains fine.

I tested this on my laptop, and so far have not been able to reproduce it, but I may try again in the future.

What is wrong?

The second problem applies more specifically to Freelancer, and I think I had some problems with other games earlier.

Anyone got a clue?

EDIT: The above solved the weird volume distortion while in fullscreen games, will report back on the DC problems.
