Diablo II, even older than Freelancer, but one thing in common: people still play it online. But while the Freelancer servers got shut down long ago - D2 ist still being taken care of by Blizzard with half-yearly "character database resets".

I've been quite a hardcore D2 player back in the days. But since I experienced Discovery, I never really played it again. Now the passion returned. And with the ladder reset on the 26. November, I recognized that this is the perfect time to re-play it for nostalgic reasons.

Now I wondered if anyone else here is still interested in Diablo II?

(Need to mention here that I never touched Diablo III because it just reminded me too much of World of Warcraft (which I dislike a lot)).

If i can find my cd's/cd key i will defiantly play some D2.

D II. I've never managed to get any internet servers up, but I usually LAN Party with some friends. Didn't know they still had servers up. Cool.

Currently unable to consistently be present in the Community due to life constraints.

The reset just happened. Servers are down now for ~3-6 hours. Afterwards the fun will begin once more.
