Looking for tips for managing factions

What im looking for is (and i have seen is before) like a excel sheet or something that shows the hours logged on a ship or stuff like that and the list of ships associated with the tag.

How do you set that thing up?

This is your guy right there.

Considering I use the same sheet Michael is on about I can say as a player, as well as a hi-up in USI it's ever so useful. I wont be surprised if all factions start using a similar design...
