If I put a bounty on someone, I leave it on till they ask me to take it off (if they were killed at lest once)....or if I run out of money.....
I always like it when a bounty gets put on me....it makes things more interesting....and then I get to laugh in there faces when I use my skills on them....running away skills....not fighting skills (I don't have any of those)

to have a bounty with that sort of reclaimable limit, you had to have majorly pissed someone off. in which case, you probably would deserve it.
