I was in the Bounty Hunterz a while ago (still am sort of) but i went away for a long time. Everybody has left i think but someone has asked to join. Am i alowd to bring back the Bounty Hunterz?

You just need 3 people and you can. Might be better to join an existing Merc or BH faction... There are quite a few now...

It would be preferrable that you join an existing clan instead of recreating an old one. But if you want to bring them back you can as long as you have 3+ members in active status.
I think Igiss has to give you permission to bring back the BHZ tough.
