The whole point of the faction seems to be having a free reign to pvp whore anyone without restriction, or am I missing something?

They are roleplayers first, and then they're terrorists, just like anyone with a terrorist ID... What're you going to say next? That the nomads shouldn't be a restricted faction and that they shouldn't be able to kill anyone they want?

But what's the reason for the RP? Hi, I'm a phantom/terrorist, now I kill you!

That's RP to justify PvP whoring. You certainly don't need to be a pvp whore to RP, and these ID's just seem a way to circumvent normal oorp restrictions on pvp whoring.

It's the same with nomads, anyone wanting to play a nomad usually wants to do it just to pvp with a bare minimum rp excuse.

You have never interacted with a keeper and you have most CERTAINLY never met a phantom.

Oh, I met a phantom, I don't remember his exact words but I do remember he was simply attacking everything in sight.

It looked like a fun thing to do but really seemed more suited to a pvp server than an rp one.
