as in the title?

How much? I have dreadnought with 868 cargo space. Can I mount and jump with it. I have docking module too, when I unmount it, it went to 1168 cargo. Is it enough and I have Cau 6 too. it takes 220 cargo space.

I think the JD3 needs more cargo space. You may have to remove the docking module in that case.
But in any case you cant jump alone as you need a fueler.Your cargo hold never supports(nor does any other BS cargo hold) the enough amount of fuel.

I am pretty sure it's not out of date (one of the few things on the wiki that aren't actually)
