Evangeline Knight, Director of Public Affairs within the Liberty Security force, was apprehended by Kusari Naval Forces vessels at midnight last night, after accusations of unauthorised entry into Kusari space. I, the pilot in question, am currently being detained in the Shikoku system.
I did indeed send a transmission announcing my arrival in Kusari space, despite a KNF officer stating that he did not know the nature of my visit. Details of the mission were not and will not be disclosed unless a formal request is made by KNF High Command directly to myself. What I can disclose is that the mission was of diplomatic nature, and a meeting was held in the New Tokyo system with the Hogosha.
I was attacked by Hogosha forces upon my arrival without reason or warning. I had no choice but to flee from Kusari space, and head back to Liberty territory. In the Kepler system, two KNF vessels ordered my ship to the Shikoku system, after detection in the New Tokyo system.
As for the actions of the Kusari forces, I request that KNF disclose their Zone of Operation, as my vessel was in neutral territory as far as I am concerned. Also, I want to know why KNF High Command did not notify patrols of my visit.
My final request is that this matter should be dealt with as soon as possible.
