ID Recovery

Hi,
I was playing with character "roLex" and I just format my windows and I deleted all my files.I saved the folder "My Games" because I thought this contained my user ID.
And when I entered on freelancer I saw that I lost my character, my money, my ship..
Is there anyway to recover it ?Can some admin help me please ?
