Fraps is Frapping itself to death.

Kinda...sorta....sometimes.

Just look at mine. Some get letterboxed, some don't and it has no relation to which of my machines I use to fraps.

go to task manager > processes > freelancer.exe> right mouse buttom > setup affiniteit > then select all cores

Could also have the server's anticheat automatically kick you. There's a reason the affinity is set by default to just one core.
