The Elise was safely docked to the Southampton Shipyards, its long journey was complete, and the ICCE could finally revive the crew that did not get transferred for safety to the Bretonian vessel.

As soon as the ship docked, and the Bretonian engineers started surveying the damage, the AI initiated reanimation procedures for the skeleton crew.

This however, was several hours earlier.

The commander of the Elise, Aqua Audacia Eos was looking down on her ship from the drydocks of Southampton. She knew that her engineers were already working together with the Bretonians to get the ship in shape, however several gaping holes in the hull were hard not to notice.
She would be on her ship right now if the BAF had not summoned her for a talk in the living quarters of the station, of course it was understandable that they would like to talk to her, after a while she was snapped out of staring at the Elise by her security officer, Gratia.
"Commander, we should not keep them waiting."
Aqua nodded to her and headed off to the elevator, every step on the station was painful, the station was kept at 1G, while Aqua and her officer never had to endure more then 0.7, however her medical officers informed her there should be no permanent effects if its only a short trip, because of this, she, who was usually short on Selene with her 1.9 meters , was one of the tallest people around, shorter only then Gratia and occasional people.
If their height wasn't enough to make people turn around, their hair color certainly was. The compound in their blood, which was common in Selenian food and water, had a tendency of building up in hair and nails, causing their hair to take its azure color.
Upon reaching the command deck, they were greeted by an ensign obviously sent there to escort them.
He led them to a medium-sized meeting room, which had a wall-mounted screen and a long table with ten or so chairs.
Aqua sat on one of the chairs, finding sitting in this gravity slightly more comfortable then standing and walking, Gratia soon pulled a chair next to her, and they waited for whoever was to talk with them to appear.

Seeing that the ship in distress was brought in, Ensign James Peterson rolled up his wheelchair to the captain. He was a strange sight. a Blonde youth of 25, he nevertheless had a lot of injuries, battlescars and broken bones, and now, a temporary wheelchair.

Speaking to the guests, who were absolutely tall, he said"Good day. I am Ensign James Peterson, the soldier who picked up your signal. forgive me for not being able to get up, I am pulled down by the injuries."

He looked at one of the people seated before him. he then guided them up to the meeting room. the people were really tall, and had Azure hair. On reaching the meeting room, He asked"I know that you would reserve your explanation for my seniors, but would you mind telling me what actually happened?"

he awaited a reply.

Flag officer Miller strolls down the corridor which the Ensign and the others were. He stopped because he saw Mr Peterson crippled in his wheelchair. "Ah Peterson, picked up an injury I see" He sips his tea. "Also don't bother these people, take them up to the BAF living quarters, some blokes are there already. Which reminds me.. I should get there too." He strolls off in search of another a cup of tea promising to himself he will go to the meeting.

James sees Officer Miller and hurriedly stops. He gives a smart salute to Miller.

"Nothing much, sir. Just turned up to check on some things. and the injuries, the Doc says they should heal soon, and I will be fit for duty in 2 weeks sir."

hearing the instructions, he guides the captain of the vessel and her companion towards the meeting room.

Aqua and Gratia didn't have to wait for too long to move, however she did answer to the young man first, as short as possible, of course.

"The ICCE says we ran into an Ion storm which crippled several crucial ship systems. As for the rest... A long story."

They then stood up and nodded to the Ensign. Walking was not particularly pleasant, but they wouldn't stay on the station for long, hopefully.

"Lead on, please"

With that said they followed him wherever they were headed to.

"This way, Captain. I can see that walking causes you discomfort, but dont worry, the meeting room is not far off" James, said.

They came to a large room, with a lot of chairs. "This is the conference room, Captain. Make yourself and your companion comfortable. The Admirals and Officers should be here soon."

With that, James turned around to leave.

(Yay for delay)

As the Ensign turned to leave, Aqua took care to thank him.
"Thank you Ensign."
Gratia, of course was silent as ever and merely sat on one of the provided chairs.
Soon after her Aqua did the same, waiting for these Admirals and Officers

"Always my pleasure, madam". James said to the captain.

an announcement said "Next shuttle to Planet Cambridge due to leave in 3 minutes. all personnel and passengers , please proceed to Launch Bay 6 immediately".

"Guess I will have to leave now, Ma'am. Pleasure meeting you". James then activated full speed on his wheelchair, reaching the shuttle , after picking up his luggage. He wished to hear the story of the Vessel and the Captain, who seemed very attractive, and around his liking. He , however, was a lowly ensign, and this meeting was classified to Majors and above.

James waits in the general landing bay, since the vessel is damaged due to a molly strike. "Guess the neuralnet news will have to do......"
