Unioners?

Does someone have to start a unioners faction to get a unioners ID? To my knowledge there is no where to buy a unioners faction ID as there is no unioners base. I have scoured rheinland and found nothing.

As it stands I am RPing Bundschuh which is ok, but I have been reading Volksfront posts and I can see they wont agree with my RP once they see it.

I would like to RP closer to a terrorist than an 'enemy of the state' aristocrat, so if anyone knows of a place to buy unioner ID please let me know, thanks.
