Indeed having Samura ID in no way asks you to pirate Kishiro or GMG players as I know a most Samura|- players have also not used that line on their ID before.

You are free to choose your own level of diplomacy with all factions as KTA see fit, you will just be barred from landing at any GMG NPC base.

Stick with Samura faction diplomacy and make small amendments as they work out for you.
Good luck with the KTA and as long as you enjoy yourself then you are doing it right.
