Greetings, esteemed members of the Liberty Government.

I am Jay Stevens, C.E.O. of Synth Foods Incorporated. Recently, we have undergone a complete corporate renovation, and, while looking over the amended Liberty Laws, I noticed a large discrepancy. This is as follows:

Section Three, Subsection Three, Transport Ships:
The transport models of the Colossus Rheinland Train, Behemoth Medium Transport, Uruz Container Transport, Pirate Train and Pirate Transport are not permitted within the House of Liberty.

The clause banning Rheinland-produced transports worries the directors of Synth Foods, Inc. for a number of reasons. Synth Foods, Inc., as you may well know, has a major food production operation on Planet Stuttgart, Stuttgart. Because of this, and the acquisition of many local Stuttgart companies, we operate a small but noticeable fleet of Rheinland-produced transports within Rheinland space. As we ship food across Sirius, our Rheinland transport fleet may be used to ship food through Liberty, and we would not like to infringe upon Liberty Law. Thus, we are asking either for a limited-use license to utilize Rheinland-produced transports within Liberty until hostilities come to a close and the embargo is ceased.

Regards, Jay Stevens
C.E.O., Synth Foods Inc.

C.E.O. Jay Stevens;

After some discussion with Secretaries Livingstone and McKay, it has been agreed that given the nature of our current conflict with the Federal Republic of Rheinland, we shall maintain our strict stance on prohibiting the use of their trade vessels within our territory. In understanding of your situation however, Synthetic Foods employees are granted the use of the 568-ARKG-B6 "Behemoth" Rheinland Medium Transport within Liberty.

- William Hawthorne, Secretary of State for Trade and Economics.

Greetings, members of the Liberty Government; Secretary Hawthorne.

We are most thankful for your decision on the matter, and your consideration toward our situation. We have already used the Behemoth to great effect. We look forward to the day when we no longer need to make these concessions.

Thank you for the consideration.

Regards, Jay Stevens
C.E.O., Synth Foods Inc.
