How can one get to a point inRP to be tagged as a terrorist ?

Howdy!
It's been a long long dream of mine to have an RP of which in the end I'd get to have a terrorist who can "terrorize" civilians, corporations and whoever ... appearing in the middle of the conflict and dissapeares when the destruction is done. ... Something like that.

But what I've always been wondering ( thus never starting anything in the first place back when I was really active around here ) is how can a characters actions ( mostly combined Forumlancer and In-Game actions ) get someone to a point where he/she is called a terrorist.

Fe. If I want to start off from Liberty or Bretonia, and I suppose I'd start off with ( I suppose ) a pirate faction ID , or maybe a "domesticated terrorist" ( Gaian , Xeno , etc. ) ID, but I wonder if the ID restrictions apply for the forum RP as well .
Could I "demand" something from a certain base/faction/group/whatever and if it's not met, could the "consequence" be something that has little or no In-Game value , rather an RP aftermath? ( Like threaten DSE to hand a certain ship from their docks over or to transfer certain goods to point A , or to demand cash from Bowex , and if they don't meet the deadline, something bad happens on one of their stations, or their Convoys will get attacked ( either NPC or player ships) ...

I hope I'm understandable, sometimes I get a little hasty. So what I'd be curious about is how far can a "faction ID pirate/civilized terrorist" can go with these kind of things ?

Terrorism at its very definition is using terror tactics to achieve political goals. The Xenos wish for foreign trading/outsourcing and the corrupt LPI to stop. Gaians enforce ideological beliefs based on nature and such iirc. They want planetform and such to stop.

You can't be a terrorist just doing simple things like demanding money or goods, that's just piracy. That can and is however used to maintain resources for the big goal. You'll need such a goal. You can do all of this with a pirate ID, except you can't kill transports. Even the actual terrorist ID's have limits on that. Xenos can't kill Liberty corp transports without a demand.
