***Subject: Omicron-85 Access Policy***

Revisions have been made by High Command to the Omicron-85 Access Policy. It is now as follows:

• All BLS, RoS, SOB are granted access to Omicron-85.
  
• IND are granted access to Omicron-85.
  
• All Civilian and Non-Regular Military Outcasts are granted access to Omicron-85, excepting Corsica and the shipyards around it, which they should obtain clearance before approaching.
  
• All trespassers, that is, those without the explicit permission of the 101st or a two-thirds majority of the Don's Council, will be executed on the spot.
  
• Purchase of the Outcast Dreadnought at Corsica is illegal without the direct authorization of the 101st and a unanimous majority of the Council of Dons.
