We have encountered a LPI documented vessel with Navy tag within Kusari space - designation "vissky". Sighted by one of our vessels (CV-Tanzaku), that was trading in Kusari. According to the law, I believe LPI (IFF was, after few checks, a Liberty Navy special Guard) is not a valiable document to fly within Kusari Space as a trader. After a report I went myself in a fighter vessel to investigate the matter. I have simply asked them about their business in Kusari. After very rude reply, we have chased the vessel from Shikoku to NT and asked once again to leave, to show allowance into entering Kusari or contact KNF or RKS. Without warning, my fighter have been fired upon and I was forced to try to defend myself.

I give no guncam, because my ship was destroyed after fatal incident concerning Roppongi friendly-fire.

In addition, T&T pilot, FynnMcScrap, can confirm sighting of the vessel.

Thus: I hereby ask, as a leader in charge of the Kyushu-Tomioka Alliance, for an investigation towarded against Liberty pilot, vissky, who flew under LN Guard IFF and with LPI documents. KTA will also put this matter into Kusari and Liberty courts for offence for our company and breaking the fundamental Kusari law, while firing at our vessel.

I can confirm this.

I was not at the helm, but I was accompanying the skipper of the T&T/.Tinkers.Pride and was standing at the display as we noticed a Liberty Police identification on board a liberty train close to New Tokio. He did not respond to our greeting and we did not see any reason to take gunpics, but I met Katsuyori - sama shortly afterwards at Ohashi Border Station.

I did not witness any exchange of fire or the short encounter of the two vessles but I can confirm both to have been in the vicinity and also can confirm the presence of a Liberty Police ID without corresponding LPI Transponder.
