Konbanwa to the recipients of this message. I am Commander Takeshi Enomoto, of the Kusari Naval Forces Central Command. I have been tasked to deliver a request on behalf of the Naval Forces and Kusari government to you.

In recent weeks, there have been talks between top officials of the governments of the Republic of Kusari and the Kingdom of Bretonia, regarding the elaboration of a diplomatic treaty between the two houses to improve the current relations.

This negotiations have progressed well, and it has been decided to hold a meeting between representatives of the two houses on Planet Curacao, in the Cortez system.

It is expected that the Kusarian diplomatic convoy will be escorted by elements of the KNF forces, which will eventually have to cross Liberty space to reach their destination.

As it is the protocol for such actions between our houses, this message comes as an advance notice to the Liberty government and it's Navy command of our intentions.

The Kusari Naval Forces would like to request a temporary transit permit for its pilots and vessels tasked with the escort of the Kusari Government Diplomatic envoys to the Cortez System, as well as in their return trip to Kusari.

The expected date for the operation is somewhere between August 17 (Sunday) from 2200 hours, to August 18 (Monday) 0400 hours.
The expected assets deployed should range to a few fighters and bombers, and no more than one Naval Gunboat.
