Bonjour Corsicans. I am Noelle Chevalier, Directeur of the Direction du renseignement extérieur, a new intelligence organisation. After reading through some files, i have noticed that despite some general suspicions, the Corse has done some excellent work in combating enemies of the Realm.

Due to the mess that the government intelligence infrastructure is in, i have to temporarily outsource some work, which is this offer to you.

Government databases on the outcast threat are lacking currently. Data is either outdated or completely missing. That is why i require the Unione Corse.

I need information about the outcasts. The list of information i require is listed below:

Code:

Ship types in use.
Ties to other organizations.
What are the current active and prominent outcast groups.
The leaders of the Organizations.

I am prepared to offer a reward for all information gathered, so as to motivate and encourage more... cooperation.

I am Commandant Matthieu Picard of L'Unione Corse Armed Division. I will authorize an agreement with your organization, if the terms suit our interests. If not, you are free to use the other sniffing dogs you have at your beck and call; just beware that they are as likely to submit to the Maltese's interests as they are to your own.

You are of course coming to the correct source for information. We have fought the Maltese influence since our expansion into the Tau region, and have learned much of them and their allies. We are willing to compile a report for you, assuming the right price is offered.
