I write to you with a heavy heart. Sometimes the role of Ambassador makes one have to say things that one does not truly believe or support. This is the case. It's been decided on higher TAZ spheres that escape my own influence to accept your request of having an Order inspection on board our flagship, [TAZ]Persephone. We've weighted the pros and cons and losing your favor is just something that we cannot afford right now. Some have even gone as far as saying that your organization is the strongest ally that TAZ has.

So the responsibility has fallen onto me to make the arrangements of said inspection. We think it'd be safer if it's done over Council facilities, and if you agree we can already get in contact with them to set a date and a meeting point.

Council is respected by us and has our trust into hosting this event, should they accept on this proposition of yours. Personnel neccesary for the job and potential "refits" will be dispatched at installation of Council's choice, our estimation it will be one of the ports within Roussilon star system. Unless stated otherwise, The Order will assume "cease fire" is in effect and that we may or not utilize Baffin to reach Roussilon, depending on situation.
