Okay ran what you suggested, they all came back fairly normal. Getting around 49-53 across the board which is normal for me. with exception to my Router's IP. Which as i expected came back with 3 MS. One of the five timed out though the rest seem normal

Latency ( Or packet loss if you preffer ) is the data your network sends to the server - That is also expressed in your ping - but even if you had 0 ping - Some bits of the data being sent is stripped and corrupted - Therfor, It has to either be the DSL cable or your ISP specificly bad with the server. If you are trying to play disco on a laptop through wireless, you might want to check it through a cable. Some anti-malware, anti virus apps block connections in that speed ( game servers are using syncs so your connection to them will be higher then say a webserver ),

I would change frequency of the router - and change cables. Doesn't matter in what order

Well changed some cables. Killed the firewall and AV. Changed a frequency or two and it's just the same. i'm starting to think it's the ISP

do a ipconfig /flushdns ( cmd ) and reboot the pc. If nothing, try running scans to detect malware and delete temp folders. If the above doesn't do it, Contact your ISP.
