I have been wondering what to do with that, since I have been developing this world with my good friend for over 7 (sic!) years.
Hard to imagine as it started out of nothing. A plain idea. There were Toris LaCroix* (gray fox) and the other (Ishiro Cosinger* and purely made for that Adela Lancikot) - something like your generic RPG fantasy world with anthros (anthropomorphical animals, known more because of "furry" subculture) and ended up in size as a mixture of GoT (because of kingdoms) and The Legend of the Ice People (because of "few" generations).
All of it started without much thinking, as a casual fantasy adventure: we had fox thief Toris, cat warrior - to whom later joined dancer/fighter cat Adela. And other characters, with whom many other events had happened. Then it grew: it gained kingdoms, one big bad guy (Daar, with lizard mages known as Drakans) and... poof. Toris took throne (forming new dynasty) of one kingdom and Ishiro took the other in the end.
And now it spans over 10 generations (with 11th on run) with characters whose bloodline is dating back to the most first Toris LaCroix roleplay, few wars (two major ones between Continent and Drakan Empire and "local" Wernian-Chang one), lots of more or less influential characters influential for the story (lost count at 80), over 10 well-described kingoms... It is quite suprising for me how this all become that big, out of nothing, on basis of roleplaying. There's a lot of details I would post here, but I don't believe anyone would just read it all over.

As a sidenote, I have been developing a spin-off story for that world, which takes place mainly in one, Chinese-themed kingdom of Chang. Stories are the detective ones, inspired by Bao Gong (real) and Judge Di Ren-Jie (real/fictionalized) figures and tales about them, ending up in a very pleasant background for such maze stories.

Anyway, anyone is interested into things related to that? I just felt I need to break the ice and speak of this achievement of mine... who knows, maybe I will make it into a books, one day?
* Toris (mine) and Ishiro (friend's) were created out of other worlds, but now I consider them "canon" for Drakania.
