Hey its D3....

One other thing I am having issue with. I run AVG free and if I don't disbable its protection prior to executing FL_discovery it recognizes some file as a Win32/heur virus threat. I'll have to wait untill i do it by accident again for the specific file but it is annoying because even if I don't get rid of it, it changes something about freelancer discovery that cause me to insta-crash on login. If I reinstall it goes away, but who wants to reinstall everytime i forget to disable protection.

Is this common experience?

Thanks... Sorry for having so many problems lol

Put the file in question on the exception list in AVG, that should fix it and you wont have to reinstall it again.

It is a part of our anti-cheat system and is picked up by antiviruses due to how it works. Simply whitelist the file after you reinstall it next time.

PSA: If you have been having stutter/FPS lag on Disco where it does not run as smoothly as other games, please look at the fix here: https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthrea...pid2306502

The thread about it is literally above you

http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=107028

Short answer: put dsace.dll in the exceptions list.

And that's why I don't use AV software, because it is useless nowadays.

When you get a virus (you probably already have a thousand of them already) I am going to laugh at you.
