Some questions about the online list

1. How often does the player list updates?
   
2. Suppose I write a program to periodically fetch data from the online list, what should be the minimum refresh rate, considering the server load and such.

FL Watcher is broken for me as well, that's why I made my own.

Why not? This kind of program isn't hard to write. It's better than having private groups abusing the advantages.
