Southern Quadrant, Sector Charlie-Seven. Planetary Coordinates SC7-442-178. There it was, a small cluster of buildings, surrounded by some of the few fields on Leeds. There where few places free of the factorys of Leeds, and the worker town of Abbeydale was one of the last standing.

Down in the streets, the Bretonian Resistance was preparing. Major General Williams was taking no chances. The three walker squads under his command where moving into the buildings, using the houses as cover for surprise attacks. The tank group, consisting of three heavy tanks, and two light scouts, where covered with debris, branches, and any number of items to try and disguise them at a distance. At the centre of the town, was a number of foot soldiers, mixtures of civilians, Intelligence Service, and Royal Army personnel. With them, was 4 artillery tanks, their large guns pointing out, to the edges of the town and beyond.

In the middle of all the people, was a small jeep. On the back was a short range radio device, and a man with a strikingly marvelous moustache.

The LZ is decisively chosen as the closest field, now clear and flat for the marines to land.

Scattered in and around the edges of the town of Abbeydale were the various units of the 6th Armored Division, set up to support Major General Williams' forces. The unit's tanks were dug in and concealed within buildings, while the infantry and Anti-tank weapons were scattered around them. A single light armored vehicle traveled into the center of town, passing the division Anti-Aircraft units set up to protect the town, and came to a stop near the jeep.

A somewhat short man wearing Colonel insignia and a woman wearing Major Insignia stepped out of the LAV, both wearing somewhat dirty camouflage uniforms, and walked over to the jeep before saluting. "General Williams, pleasure to finally meet. the 6th is in place. Now we wait, i presume?"

Williams turned to look at the Colonel. He was fiddling with the end of his moustache as he spoke

Colonel. It is certainly a pleasure. Let's hope this day is as wonderful as our meeting!

He moves round to the front of the jeep, a map laid out across the bonnet.

Our forces are ready in case the Gauls decide to crash our little party. I have marked out the field here

He points to a field slightly North west of the town

as the landing zone for our Libertonian friends. Now, until the Marines arrive, we must dig tight, and hope for the best. Anything you wish to add or ask Colonel?

The small shuttle approached the planet, the inside packed to the brim with weaponry, explosives, and men. The men sat, most of them quiet, some of them doing last minute equipment checks. All of their gear was unmarked, none of it showing their affiliation, their armor painted black. One of the men stands, looking around at the rest.

"Alright, you all know what to do, I expect it to be done ASAP. Fire teams have their orders, maintain radio silence unless you go loud. If you do I expect an immediate report. Understood?"

The rest of the men all silently give him a thumbs up. He laughs a bit as the shuttle sets down on a deserted street. "Smart asses."

The shuttle's hatch opens, the men spilling out of it, quickly splitting up and heading off in small teams.

Several hours go by, each team eventually calling in, reporting an all clear. The leader opens a comms channel to an orbiting stealth ship. "This is Keller, operation is a go, I repeat, operation is a go." He cuts the channel, his own team heading off to their next objective.
