Exact.
Today the word "respect" is used in 2 ways, i suppose.
First, what many teens think it means: This is the cheap respect we got for a wild animal...not come near to it, or it will bite your hand off.
Second, and I'm really glad you spoke out of my heart, is the respect for another person, regardless off everything else.
