I haven't played Discovery Freelancer for a while, lost all of my ships, trying to build myself up, but missions have a strange bug, when I start a mission, it seems like one will start, but then I go to space, and the guy saying ".. Ships will be at the mission waypoint, refer to the navmap for further instructions.. " type stuff isn't there, also I go to the waypoint, and there's no ships or anything, also I must either kill myself, or dock somewhere, and quit to main menu and come back to abort the mission, as it will not abort normally.
Is there a trick to getting missions to work? Perhaps something wrong with my account, or corrupted? Please help me, thanks!
There's no trick. Missions are currently non-functional. I'm sure there will be an announcement when they're fixed.
It would probably be good if there were an announcement on the forum mainpage, and ideally as a regular ingame message as well. Considering this question gets asked multiple times every day.
