The fact remains that there are indies Ryummel. But moving back to the main topic at hand and officality's perks, the Order took a risk, it didn't work out as they expected and suffered consequences for it. However your issue appears to be that of the indies and unofficials, the fact remains is that the Order and various offical Zoners hold control over the path the faction as a whole takes, it comes with the system in place. Perhaps you don't like the system, perhaps you are right, perhaps you're wrong. *shrug* It's simply the way the game is played at the moment.
