Different mechanics.

There's no reason for Nomads to have a different item just for flavor purposes. Call it a Universal Armor Upgrade, call it Nomad Shielding, call it Magical Kazoo Reinforcement, but it still will do the same job regardless. As Russell said, there's far more important things to work on right now.

One of them is a literal rip-off of barely understood alien tech literally stuck onto the hull of spaceships and powered by a fuel-hungry, inefficient reactor. The other is part of the anatomy of said aliens, who just happen to be partly composed of pure energy that they can oh-so-conveniently direct into cloaking themselves. That's (part of) the reason the Nomad Cloak is superior to the "normal" cloak, and makes sense inRP.
Regarding armor, I guess it's more of an ooRP thing. It's more of a gameplay mechanic than anything; I've never seen anyone go around extensively using their armor upgrade into their RP, and the few times I've seen it mentioned, it was in the description of a ship; that shouldn't affect nomads too much. The only reason as to why it might be a bit disturbing (in my opinion) is if an armor upgrade is seen on a Nomad ship during a scan, but that's about it. So as Russell put it, you're looking too far into something that, while making some sense in the long run, doesn't really affect RP or gameplay mechanics in a negative way, and thus shouldn't really be taken care of at the moment, since there are other issues that need to be addressed first.

We're not gonna have the devs create an entire new set of armors which will do the exact same thing as the human ones, with different infocards.

The mechanic of having 'armor' I suppose is ooRP if you really want to draw that line.
The concept of them being able to have something which has the effect of armor is explainable pretty easily inRP however.

Mechanic issue. Devs have better stuff to work on.
I'll include the Nomad concept explanation in the next Extended Nomad Lore PDF document since it seems to be a problem. They're still not gonna use 'Human' armors, but the information will be there on Nomads having a form of armor themselves.

the possible explanation will be nomads take human armor swallow it and then like all other monsters gain power , but on a serious note we first need to discuss how Human armors works first are their like nanobots which crawl and tighten the armor ? or do we replace the ships hull entirely
