I am all for moving some of the PoBs in mining fields, because they seriously reduce the fun. First of all some players can simply dock there and be safe but most importamtly some have defences and if you mine close to them you will be shot when a stray mining arrays hits them. For example Hochshield is located in not near like 5k away but in the best minig field and if you hit the base you get killed. I had to stop mining as a BMM indie there and get an IMG miner just because someone wanted to earn money and spoiles the fun for everyone who doesn't purchase docking rights. I am for moving them at the border of mining fields or denying them any defences because they inconvinience 90% of the players!
