Good day Liberty Government!
I wanto to submint our new base-project plan. This plan include every lil deatails. So lets start:
The base name shoud be "Greenlane Galaxy Station" And its gonna be an Interspace Station in New York between Fort Bush and Norfolk Shipyard. And good distace from the trade-lanes.

The Base is gonna be 18K far from Norfolk Shipyard and 18-19K From the Fort Bush area, and 13K from the trade lanes. This is our plan to place it.

Greenlane Galaxy Station is a venture of Interspace Commerce affiliated individuals, who desire to create a trade hub, research facility, and equipment factory in the heart of New York.
The station is be able to service, and repair Liberty law enforcement, commercial, and other combat vessels who are in a good diplomatic standing with the Government of Liberty.
It is furnished with a state of the art maintenance crew, and repair equipment.
And while pilots are waiting for their spacecraft to be maintained, or their cargo filled, the luxurious lounges, bars can provide a pleasant time and cater for most of the needs to these
visitors spending their time at Greenlane
Cutting edge factory that is set up in the station is geared towards manufacturing high quality Docking Modules that are available to purchase for those who are in good relation
with the Government of Liberty.
The station strictly prohibits the presence of any goods that are illegal in Liberty.

The base have two Administrators and two main trade operators. The base standard crew is civilian workers from Liberty. The staff members is more then 200 person. They are workers, enginieers, medicals and IT professionals. They from Planet Manhattan - Denver - Los Angeles.

Thank you for your inquiry into licensing modular facilities within the Republic. If you have not already done so, read Section Two, Article I, of the Laws of Liberty(located here) to see the fundamental requirements of licensure. Your organization will need to agree to these terms as a requirement for approval. Liberty Forces Primary Fleet(Liberty Navy [LN] , Liberty Security Force =LSF= , Liberty Police Incorporated LPI-) must also be authorized to dock, so that inspections may be conducted, providing this request be approved.

Your requested location has been approved. However we wish to caution you before you build. There have been reports of Liberty Rogue activity in the area. The patrol paths in use by the Forces of Liberty will not be changed to incorporate your base. As such, It would be wise to seek out private security arrangements.

Now in order to legally register a base in the Republic of Liberty, it is required that the owner lease the part of space that the base will occupy for the duration of its existence. The fee is monthly, to be paid on the first of every month.

Your current fee will be 45,000,000 SC (Core 1 base in Zone 1)

Upon upgrading your space station, the fee will change with the upgrade. Please notify the Republic of Liberty of any change to the status of your base so we can levy the correct fee. Failure to do so will result in consequences levied at the discretion of the Republic of Liberty.

In the event of a late payment, you will be given a warning and 14 days in which to gather and provide the required amount of credits. If this is not done, the Forces of Liberty will be tasked with removal of the installation. The acceptance or denial of payment later than this is discretionary on the part of the Republic of Liberty, and will not have an effect on the next due date, which would be the first of the next month.

Also, If any vessels belonging to groups that the Republic of Liberty considers hostile, such as the Liberty Rogues or the Rheinland military, use your base, you will be liable for any consequences that follow. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not provide safe harbor for criminals and parties that the Republic is at war with. Failure to do falls under Obstructing the course of justice, as described in Section One of the Laws of Liberty.
