Pelican transport

I'm a new player of this mod, that's why I have a question now.
I checked the wiki part of this page, and I found a transport ship I want to buy:

It says, I can buy this ship in California system, on planet California Minor.
I'm docked here, but I can't see this ship at the dealer, only some totally different ships.
I now that the wiki information is for an older version of the mod, for 4.86, and I'm in 4.88 now, but...
So, where can I buy this ship? Is this ship still exist? Is it sold somewhere in the new version?

The Pelican is sold on Planet Curacao (Cortez), Planet Baden-Baden (Stuttgart), Planet New London (New London) and Saint Paul Base (Minnesota).

An alternative to using the wiki is FLCompanion, it shows all the information you could ever need about the game/mod.
