my ship, the Shrine of Truth, is a support-ship of the Shirogane Trading Company. Our Head-Quater is on Planet Honshu.
So i ask for a License for the Ship itself and the Equitment it has.
I also ask for permission to transport a Jump Drive MK4 & Hyperspace Scanner MK2. Of course i won't use this Equitment without special Requirement from the Kusari Empire or their representative in the Kusari Space.
The only place where i ask for a License for using the Hyperspace Scanner and Jumpdrive is near Planet Honshu, where the Ship will have it's port of registry. So we can bring fast supplys and escord to threaten trader of our company.

my name is Dr. Richard Batsbak.

I am a scientist, who is exploring those instable Jumpholes and some other phenomena within Sirius.
I am upgrading my equipment so i can get better results from my test and field trips.

Therfore i am going to buy an "Bustard" Civilian Light Carrier.

My name is Leon, and I run a small company called the Starfliers. We're essentially explorers, cartographers and have the hardware to gain Rift-Data. I understand Jump Drives, Survey tools and the Bustard are all restricted. My vessel - the NX-01, is all three items. So I am here to send in an application to review my ship for legal operations in Kusari space. I have also attached my vessel's Infocard to this transmission. As a way of being transparent with my application. The NX-01 is usually outfitted with a cloaking device, but since I have familiarized myself with your laws, I will equip my vessel accordingly before entering your space - if this application is granted.

I would also like to ask for special consideration for the use of Hyperspace Surveying tools. Your Laws say it's listed as contraband, though I have had communications with State Police and the Naval Forces to offer Starfliers' services. They seemed receptive, despite not getting a firm answer to my offer. I have not sent any fees yet for my licenses, as perhaps this request may be an outlier, or unique. If there is any way to pay a higher fee to grant a permanent, non-renewable, use of all my equipment I would be very thankful. I'll await your response.

The Government just today reached a conclusion regarding the old remnant license directory first established during the Republic era. Please find the new directory here.
As a token of gratitude, as per wish of the Ministry of Economy, we will handle the paperwork with the Kusari Naval Forces regarding the - as you will notice in the new directory outlined - approval required prior to submitting your license request. Additionally, should you still persuade a permanent license, the fee for the "Bustard"-class Civilian Carrier will be reduced to 300 million credits.
Feel free to submit your license request at the new directory already.
