According to our information from our fighters, we spotted Outcast ships are helping Nomads during the fight between Nomads and Order. I hope Outcast HQ can keep their people clear from Nomads and please inspect your fleets if there are any Nomad Infestation.We truely don't want any Nomads getting in to Any human communities.

We are aware there may be some Independent Outcasts that may still hold the very old & out dated religious beliefs that the aliens known as "Nomads" are their spiritual deities. As we have no control of independents & their free will to choose what & how they may act, we do however try to "persuade" them to join our more modern way of thinking & see the Nomads for what they are, an alien race.
As it was stated to that fool, Aki Kimura, No organized Outcast Faction or House allows alliances with the Nomads. We do screen our pilots & staff on a regular basis for possible infestations & handle any pilot found to be infested or cooperative with the alien race accordingly.
Just today, Our brothers in the 101st Guard have discovered a infested pilot & removed him from their ranks. The following transmission was sent out to all 101st pilots and staff with a copy being sent to the Council of the Dons. It reads as follows: ***Incoming transmission***

A sad day pilots, always a sad day when one of us takes the wrong path. Arthur Dghar! Remember his name and his mistakes, remember so you don't make them.
There are laws we made, and those laws say:
"All Outcast brothers, whether in the independent military, or factioned soldiers are to be treated with equality and respect, punishment will be given if broken"
"Also it is time to enforce the 10 k radius around Malta, and 5 K around all other bases. No lesser or greater Guardian will be allowed to breach that radius"
Arthur broke both of them. He allowed the 10 k radius to be breached by multiple ships on multiple occasions. Such action endangered Malta and our civilian population. Not only that but he attacked and destroyed a ship piloted by a loyal outcast captain. The captain escaped death but his ship was destroyed beyond repair.
His actions will not be tolerated, and he is to return his sabre to Corsica as soon as possible. His gunboats are not under our command and he is allowed to keep them. Arthur Dghar is to remove all 101st insignia and leave our ranks.
He choose to side with nomads, and not with Malta...
This decision was made and signed by the 101st High Command.

We have also received a priority message from the commander of the SOB informing us of a possible infestation of one of their pilots they are currently investigating. I can not show you this transmission as it would jeopardize the investigation itself.
The Council will be meeting soon to decide it's punishment for these "infected pilots" with the lightest penalty being banishment from all Outcast held systems & holdings.
So, as you can obviously see, we are policing our own in this matter & this should clearly & with out a doubt prove we are serious when we claim we have no links to the Nomad creatures other than a reference to them in our far distant past.
With this, we hope to return to our mutual agreement, that we will not bother the Order, if they do not bother us.

The information sent to us is most interesting, but be aware that we cannot take action against the individual if he is not within our boundries, so i ask this of you: Tell me where he was at the time that communication stream took place. If he was in our sphere of influence then i will see to the rest, but as i said earlier, we cannot hunt down these individuals if they are outside of our sphere of influence.
The Outcast nation wants nothing to do with these... zealots, and we are quite upset that they attempt to mask their own agendas as our own. This issue will be taken care of in time, of that you have my word.
