Top of the day fellow Rheinlanders. As you might heard, old Union is dead, and Republic took over control of Molly movement. For now, our biggest problem is rather bitter realtions to our so called allies Outcasts. Gun shipments are stoped, their big ships withrawn, and they even refuse to help us against Bret forces.

Now, we know that you hate Corsairs allmost as much as we do. Also, we know you are fighting war against them in Omegas. We fight against their expansion in Bretonian and Molly space, and we would like to join foces in closer manner than they are as it is.

Our proposition is following:

We will establish trade route supplying your bases with our Neutron guns, namely Trefoils and Dublin duster line. Also we offer our fine positron shields.

We would like to purchase one heavy cruiser of your design to act as our flagship, since Outcasts deny us help in producing their destroyers.

We will put one fighter wing on full alert if you need assistance in some of bordering Omega systems.

Right of unrestricted passage trough claimed systems if it is requested. And right to land on bases.

Request:

You would establish return route supplying us with your Laser guns, namely Natterturn line. Also we would like to get our hands on some of molecular shields that are used in Rheinland.

We offer to sell you pair of Rogue gunboats from Foyle shipyards, and pair of Barghest bombers avalible from Arranmore base.

One fighter wing to help out if requested against Corsairs or Bret forces in bordering bretonian systems.

Right of unrestricted passage trough claimed systems if it is requested. And right to land on bases.

It's good to see you on the right side again, Mollys. We were waiting for a first transmission from the reformed Dublin movement, and want to assure you that, as always, we support you in full.

As to the details of the agreement:
- We always store a large surplus of fighter weapons and equipment, especially our primary Natterturn Zwei type guns. A shipment of these weapons and our molecular shield systems can be loaded and prepared for transport at any time. We can set up the first exchange at your leisure.
- The Vogtland dry dock is currently idle. Our engineers only need a set of specifications and an agreement on all the details to begin work on the vessel.
- The defenders of Omega-47 are well trained and battle hardened, continuously on the hunt for Corsair stragglers trying to move through the system to Omega-49. A wing can be easily diverted to Dublin, should a sticky situation arise. Considering that any major Corsair assault on Dublin has to move through Omega-47, I would request the same of you, to prevent the battlegroup from ever reaching past O-49. Joint attacks on Corsair facilities in the Omega systems can also be an option, to offset their oft numerical advantage.
- Molly vessels always have been and will be welcome on Hessian bases. Be sure to transmit your updated IFF codes for ship recognition purposes.

If the Outcasts can't support us, then we will support ourselves, united. Keep me updated.

Council is most pleased with your answer. It is sealed deal then gents. As of comissioned cruiser, we heard there is some change in specifications in near future, we decided to wait those new spec before sending resources for construction.

As of weapons, our transport ship Munster will be heading to Volgtland base as soon as its current mission is over. We will suppy you with about 20 Trefoils as for first batch, we would like to pickup 20 Natterturns Zwei on return trip.

Correct flight schedules will be sent to Flottekapiten himself over secure comms.
