Yes, and last time I played, Pirates could down a trader's shields without making a demand without risking a sanction.

Freelancer ID
Can fulfill any bounty and escort contracts, and may treat transports as combat targets when executing a bounty or escort contract against them.

---Ok..so, If I am a Freelancer IFF ID ship, I cannot take
or claim a bounty on another Freelancer IFF ID ship?..... Is this right? Since as a Freelancer I am not hostile to other Freelancers?

I can see a new requirement on bounty boards in the future to help clear this up.......Screenshot proof of Rep at the time of the action, just like proof of death, maybe it is being done already on some boards?

Afaik, generic IDs (Freelancer, Miner, Pirate) are exempted from the IFF rule.

Also, this:

Follow your logic, this is a lawful bounty. This is why I'm asking about clarification, because if lawful bounty = bounty made by lawfuls no matter the target, BHG are allowed to attack Kruger in spite of them being corporates + being red to Kruger.
