{RaVeN} Disbanding

Hereby Official Notice that the UnOfficial Pirate Clan {RaVeN} is disbanding due to reasons of mismanagement and lack of communication between members about Server Rules, Raven Rp etc partly due to certain language Barriers between ravens. All RaVeN tagged ships here by ordered to loose there tags and pursue other courses of RP of which i wish them luck with. The Taxes I have accumulated to the some of 230 Million Credits have been redistributed to Low Level Players (lvl 20 or below) so they may have a brighter beginning on Disco as it is Quite Hard to start from scratch here.

Do not try to find me as im now a ghost on the Server who shall blend in with the rest. Has been nice RPing with you all even though some did not see eye to eye with RaVeN , but it has been fun all the same.....

Yep--faction politics here are incredibly labyrinthine and volatile. I know some of the Russian members had no way of "getting it" as its hard when you do speak english well.

It's too bad they don't let the coalition actually be Russian and Chinese speakers and make the language barrier part of their faction (as long as they can keep each other straight).

i would like thank ppl for there comments, it has been decided after much debate with the remaining raven members which including me is 3 in all. That we will ressurect RaVeN with us three as the Joint Leaders in which all of us will vote on Decisions made about RaVeN Affairs and how the clan is Run Etc.....

With this the first thing agreed is that we will now work on a Solid Roleplay Which all ravens will adhere to, including a single faction RaVeN will be affiliated with (Most Possibly Outcast). where before one of the largest problems was that we had RaVeNs that were affilaited tgo different clans namely outcast, hessian, Rogue and Dragon.
Which even though they were all allies it was kind of OORP to all work together as ravens as Some of the factions ZOIs that ravens were tagged with did not operate in sigma 13 space, like for e.g a RaVeN tagged with hessian ID could work with other RaVeNs in sigma 13 as hessians dont operate there ETC.
Besides Outcasts operate nearly everywhere so thats Good For Us, as we also plan to start operating in liberty too.

a History Of RaVeN is being written up aswell as a RP feature that we will adhere to, In Conjunction with a RaVeN Law that will form the basis of Ravens RP.

Our Recruitment Process will also change with ppl now being accepted on the basis of there RP skills dedication and Attitude to others plus communication skills.
As before I made the mistake of recruiting anyone that would join for the need just to build up numbers which was no good as some of them did NOT understand the rules properly namely those of the Server hence members were getting sanctioned for all kinds of stupidness. So yeh that Stops here a refined Recruiting Process in which New Recruits will where the tag NR to tell ppl of there status in the clan.
NRs will be on probation for a month any mess ups and there Out, some ppl may see this as harsh But RaVeN has to protect its reputation and that of the Server.......
