That was my personal impression on the subject back then, hence the colour of the post. As long as it isn't a statement in green from an Administrator, it is not the official stance of the staff.

Im surprised. really cause the answer is in the rules specifically 1.3.

1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

When khara was made this is how I explained many... "dirty" and sometimes surprise attacks. Unfortunately the opposing side does not have the freedom described in the Nomad or Khara id's though the community has never had problems pre emptively attacking any of the alien factions.

The fact that wilde and khara try varymuch to put rp first is the leaders and individual members choice. Not a requirement. I fact I.. thoroughly wish some .. would apply more often in the face of.. well under appreciation for those choices.
