[WANTED] Signature and avatar for LPI

I'm looking for a new signature and avatar for this forum account. Donuts are great and all but I'd like something more professional looking.

My only objection to what we have now is the donuts. It makes the account unsuitable for official transmissions and whatnot representing the LPI.

For an idea of what colors to use, it should go along with our transmission bars:




If you can make something that matches them, with the same coloring and logo that would be perfect. This account represents LPI as a whole. We're looking for something simple and professional, and when one looks at them they should think "ITS THE COPS! RUN!"
