The earliest documentation found in Sirius under the name of Andre Rise comes out of Kusari. His name is found in one of the passenger lists, among a couple of people the ship was transporting. The record comes from the year 801 AS. Afterwards, his name is not mentioned for a long while.

A considerable amount of ships coming through Omicrons and Taus has reported seeing an unknown ship bearing the name Apex following them while not showing any signs of radio activity, and after a prolonged period of time, turning around and disappearing. A few IMG and Kusari patrols were sent to investigate, but have never returned. Their disappereance was blamed on the Outcasts.

The Apex has been seen again in Tau-23, this time not alone, but with the notorious Samarran Raiders, in the year 817 AS. He was visibly cooperating with them which raised suspicion on who the pilot of the Apex really was.

In the year of 818 AS. the documents of the pilot behind the notorious Apex have been leaked and sent to the House Militaries and Police forces. The pilot behind it was no other but Andre Rise, now a part of the Commune, a terorrist faction.
