I am always up to discuss the non-rp parts of this game and I also always like to help figuring out why characters might do anything.
Also always keen to help people get into things. I get a lot of new people in Bristol or returning people we try to help along.

This is not the first time I see this really awkward rp/oorp mix that is just impossible to untangle.
The only time you see me doing that is in my equipment vendor post because the forum is oorp and I just want it to look neat.

Could you take that thing back internal to the drawing board please? I'd usually take this private but again this seems to be a general 'issue' that I see that ranges from behaviour, infocards, ingame rp and well now comms.

This was a new player attempting at RPing hehe,
i know most wouldnt smille at these situations but i cant help to do so,
New players make mistakes, we are here for them,
I will speak directly with the player and ask for him to edit his post so it makes sense.

I wish to note that I have just had a decent encounter with Griswell, a BMF Hegemon in Dublin mining field.

I am not sure what you lads did about your faction but if this is the tendency it's taking - this is a turn for the better and I encourage you to keep it up.

That said, I will be watching you go more closely and hope it is not a singular occassion.

Yes indeed we recognize there is always room for improvement
We are trying to get better every day a bit more,
Hopefully meeting the expectations the comunity has from us,
In any case situations like the one on the previous post are never a good show of our attempts,
But we still wish to welcome new players and try to teach them the "Way of the Discoforce" hehe

First and foremost, it was good to finally have some RP in Bretonia and with you - I was the Zoner trader caught with the Wildcat gold between Waterloo and Isle of Sky by two of you recently.
The only confusion I had, was that I didn't think you had the right to demand Gold at that place and situation.

In my mind:

• BMF isn't law enforcement
  
• Took place in New London, not Dublin
  
• Even if outside Bretonia, I don't think Zoner is considered a corporate competitor ?
  

ID for reference:

This Bretonian Corporate official faction ID is used by Bretonia Mining and Fabrication employees, who:

- Can attack Mollys.
- Can engage in piracy against competitors outside of House Space.
- Cannot use Cruisers, Battlecruisers, or Battleships.

Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia and bordering systems, Omegas, Taus):

- Can attack ships considered hostile by Bretonia.
- Can attack competitors outside of Bretonia.
- Can engage in piracy against Corporate ships outside of Bretonia.
- Can demand Gold and Gold Ore within Dublin.

Mining Bonuses: Gold (4x), Silver (4x), Copper (3x)
