Technology:
Canary Wharf is currently operates a factory for the production of cloak disruption technology. It is the strong belief of Borderworld Exports that disruptor technology serves a vital defensive role on the modern Sirian landscape, and its proliferation is therefore essential to the well-being of the Bretonian general public. Vessels may hold a cache of 1,000 modular Cloak Batteries to power these devices, with each utilising 50 per use. These disruptors come in several varieties, used aboard various different classes of vessel. The disruptors currently stocked by Canary Wharf are as follows:

Grade 1 Used by: Snubs, gunboats, transports. 30 second recharge. 3k range.
Grade 2 Used by: Destroyers, cruisers, battlecruisers. 45 second recharge. 6k range.
Grade 3 Used by: Battleships, carriers, dreadnoughts. 90 second recharge. 9k range.

Clients:
Two tiers of pricing currently exist for all grades of disruptor produced by Canary Wharf. These are divided by pilot affiliation. In this context, affiliation refers to a pilot belonging to an organisation with an appropriate ID and IFF transponder installed.

As an example: a Bowex affiliation refers to a Borderworld Exports ID and Bowex IFF.

Borderworld Exports reserves the right to refuse service to any vessel or organisation not prescribed in 'Tier A' for any reason. Borderworld Exports may reclassify specific clients as 'Tier A' at their discretion. Any vessel of insufficient standing and repute with Borderworld Exports or Bretonia will be refused by default.

Tier A: $250,000,000
Borderworld Exports
Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing
Bretonian Armed Forces
Bretonia Police Authority
Liberty Navy

Tier B: $275,000,000
All other vessels and organisations.

Delivery:
For clients who are unable or unwilling to collect their device from Canary Wharf Station in New London, delivery services may be arranged. Please contact a Borderworld Exports customer advisor in order to arrange the specifics of the transfer. All payments must be made in full before a delivery can be scheduled.

Application and Purchase:
In order to apply for the acquisition of a cloak disruptor device, please complete the following form in full and return it to this channel. Please include as much detail as possible, as this allows our staff to assess your case and requisition order most accurately. All payments for cloak disruptor devices should be dispatched to the payment account on the Bowex)Victoria.II.

Code:
[b]Name:[/b] [vessel name]
[b]Modules:[/b] [type and grade, i.e. grade 1 x4]
[b]Proof of identity:[/b] [Images of your affiliation and ID - only one is required for groups]
[b]Intention:[/b] [explanation of intended use of the device]
[b]Delivery:[/b] [yes/no - if yes, specify destination]
[b]Proof of Payment:[/b]

Temporary Loans:
Canary Wharf has initiated a policy of enabling loans of these devices. This entails vessels mounting them temporarily at the beginning of a sortie (defence of Bretonian space, assault on hostile territory, etc) in exchange for a $350,000,000 deposit. After usage is complete, the device may be returned and the money claimed back. This enables incredibly flexible short-term responses to developing threats in New London and the surrounding systems. This policy is currently highly experimental and subject to close scrutiny and monitoring. Devices that are loaned for longer than the time it takes to respond to an immediate threat should be reported here. This will prevent the missing device being replaced, voiding your ability to return your own.

[+]OORP note
This is not an OORP equipment shop. Requests and purchases must be conducted fully within roleplay. We offer our disruptors for far less than the closest rival, so that's the trade off. We may be willing to apply further discounts for those who contact us specifically through the Comm Section to negotiate a specific deal with correspondingly more complex RP.

Respected Bowex Official(s),

You might have received the news of a secret Intelligence Service project that has acted more aggressively than intended today. It was supposed to have a considerable impact on the course of the war. There is an investigation being conducted which should determine the causes. I understand that Bowex has suffered consequences of a similar technological failure once, related to your mascot, also composed during a time of desperation.
It seems that such times like staying in Bretonia. The rogue project self-destructed after inflicting damage upon our own assets and rendered our funding shallow, as the BIS are a subdivision of the BAF. On a brighter side, it has shown the urgent need for cloaking device disruptors. The High Command has been debating about them since the New London terror attacks, but today's event has turned the discussion into a unified, confident "yes".
I am hereby asking to purchase, in the name of the Armed Forces of Bretonia, a cloaking device disruptor for my flagship, the battleship Thunderer. I am offering ‎£200,000,000 for a Grade 3. The remaining ‎£50,000,000 will be paid later, when more funds are available and if the device is working properly.
This is a special request. Another one, by the High Command, is on its way and will require a larger and more diverse quantity.

PS: We are content with how the device mounted on the Dauntless is functioning, but only one is not enough.

Name: BAF|HMS-Thunderer
Modules: Grade 3 (x 1)
Proof of identity: #1, #2
Intention: Against enemies of the Crown
Delivery: No
Proof of Payment: #1, #2 (the tea was expensive)

Yours sincerely,............................................................................................................................
Admiral George R. Hall, OBE
