excuse me, FLhook showed "error, can't load plugin <event.dll>" while starting a server. any idea how this happen and where should i check first? thanks a lot.

and so does "error, can't load plugin <condata.dll>"

These plugins are legacy and unsupported. They were merged in another plugin or replaced. You can safely delete them.
