Battleship Flak turrets: Feature or a Bug?

would make them useless. Flaks are meant to be anti-snub or anti-missile/torp.

Do they even deal any notable damage for their energy output? Considering you should hit with them. I have rarely seen them as damage-dealing weapon and I don't think they will be "useless".

I often prepare a nasty surprise to a diving bomber with my 2-4 flaks, but I mostly refrain from using them while allied snubs are close. Two are almost enough to bring down a VHF shield.
